Songbird

Nancy Lohr – Truxton, a young boy living in the British Colony of Williamsburg in the 1700’s, loves birds, but this one doesn’t fly away. It is a Tyrant. Truxton decides to take it home and see if his broken wing can be healed. Then an accident happens and Father is sent to jail. Can a songbird help save Father from the gallows?
