A Long Way Home

Saroo Brierley — Saroo was born in a poor village in India. At age 5 he mistakenly boarded a train by himself and landed up in Calcutta. There he managed to survive on the city’s rough streets until he was adopted by a couple from Tasmania. He grew up in a loving family but always clung to his memories of his hometown and family. Many years later with some dogged determination and a heap of luck he found his hometown.
