Max Lucado – When the famous Bess Stovall arrives in Wemmicksville, she portrays the attitude that it makes a difference what type wood you are, to be special. This turns the village upside down. Punchinello goes to Eli, the woodcarver, who helps him see that he doesn’t have to be made of a certain type of wood to be special. Punchinello ends doing a very brave deed which helps everyone realize that they are all special.
