Crusoe of Lonesome Lake

$17.95

Leland Stowe – When the children are small, their cabin goes up in flames. Because the logs were so dry everything burned fast and they were left with the clothes they had on. Luckily they had a chicken coop almost ready to use, so they made that into their home. Ralph and Ethel hunt animals for meat, and plant garden produce. They need very little from the “outside.” Ralph only goes out a few times a year. When he goes trapping to make some money to buy things, Ethel stays all alone in the cabin up to a week at a time. Once they have a seaplane, they go to civilization more often.
