Anne Holm – David does not know why “the man” allows him to escape the concentration camp, but decides he has nothing to lose. So he flees, with instructions to head for Denmark. It’s a long way to go, and he will need to travel by ship to Italy. Also, he will meet many people, some friendly, and some not. But will he ever find a home?
