Jean Yoder – Laura has left a good job in town to start teaching. In her heart she hopes to do something worthwhile. Now she faces the challenges before her: Sally, who is irresponsible and distant, Calvin, who can’t seem to control his temper. Will she have the wisdom to guide these children?
